    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product for a full refund,  Returns must be in original packaging and will be inspected for damage and cleanliness.  Applicable cleaning and/or repair charges will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

    All items you wish to return or exchange must be shipped at your expense. If you wish to return an item after receiving it, we will refund whatever shipping costs you paid when you placed your order. If you are exchanging your product, we will cover the cost of shipping the exchange to you.  

    Full refunds and exchanges (less applicable cleaning/repair charges) are given as long as the request is communicated in under 14 days of you receiving your products. 

    Easy Return and Exchange Process:

      1. Email customer care at returns@bluehillsleepco.ca. Our team is available to talk to you 9am-5pm EST, Monday to Friday! Include in your initial request how you wish to proceed (return or exchange) and we will initiate the return process with you.                                    
      2. Ship your return, and email our customer care team the tracking number associated with your return. We highly advise you to ship your order to us with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for returns that are not received.  Make sure all accessories are packaged in their original packaging.       3. Once your return is received, it will be processed in 3-7 business days. Once processed your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. 

    All products must be returned clean (free of pet hair, cigarette smoke, debris, stains, etc.) and in like new condition.  Blue Hill Sleep Co. reserves the right to charge cleaning and repair fees if necessary.
